Sighting Details

I was out splitting wood, and took a rest. I observed a small black unit that was flying a straight West to East line. This is the second time I have seen this type of UFO. The first one I observed with a friend, and we thought it was a drone. It flew the same line, except it flew East near WCR 22 just West of the intersection of WCR 22 and 37. The one that occurred on 7/31/2014 was the exact same craft. If I had to guess, I'd say it was about 300 feet of the ground, flying over WCR 18 W to E. It was flying at about 70 MPH, and was totally noiseless. The only witness to the last one was my dog, who followed it with his eyes and growled at it. The first one I thought was a drone, and the second one could have been too, but the second one was closer to the ground, and I couldn't hear anything at all. The unit flew out of sight over the house, and I walked out to the front just in time to see it still on the same course, flying out of sight. We were having some winds (gusting 10 to 30 MPH), from the NW, and it didn't seem to affect it one bit. After it passed, about 15 seconds later we had a strong gust of wind from the North. The birds cried out and took to the air, but perhaps it was the wind that did that. I came in and brought up the program that follows all aircraft on the computer. I thought I'd make a report and carry my camera with me just in case I see it again. My Flight Radar 24,com program didn't pick up anything, but that was a long shot to begin with because the craft was flying so low.
