My husband and I were walking to the car when we noticed a orange orb/light in the sky. We both noticed it because, it was very bright and moving awkwardly. I was completely in shock and stood there and watched it. After a second my husband and I ran about 10 feet to get out from under a tree in the yard. I have never seen anything move like it did. The object zig-zagged across our vision right to left, then it stopped and sat for at least a minute then the light started to dim, but not as if it were going out, but as if it were going into space away from the earth. I was really scared because even though it seemed far away, when I started talking aloud was when it stopped and hovered and then ascended into space. We do live close to an airport, and I know what planes and helicopters look like, and this was not that. Also, there was absolutely no noise, we constantly hear noise of things flying over, even if they are very far overhead. But not this, not a sound.
