Sighting Details

Saw bright ball of light traveling at high rate of speed far out at about 50 degrees above the horizon. (Estimation Mach 2+), clear skies, however the ball looked hazy and glowy. It pulsed at irregular intervals, slowing down at one point then gaining velocity and completely disappearing. Less than 3 min later a flash and ball of light appeared and hovered straight to the South from my deck at about 80 degrees above the horizon high up. The ball grew slowly and glowed then completely disappeared into the darkness. It appeared to have the same hazy glow as the 1st object which struck me given the lack of clouds in the area. My aviation background and experience Lockheed Martin and Portland International Airport I've been able to deduce that the object was not. A. Commercial aircraft. B. Residential C. Military aircraft from surrounding areas (we have normal traffic out here, C17s, black hawks, etc) D. A meteor, the object pulsed at irregular intervals and at one point slowed, then sped up rapidly into the distance. E. A satellite. I tracked the NOAA and all other satellites in the area. The NOAA that follows a similar orbit to the sighting of the first sighting could not have been the object due to the position of the horizon, it's velocity, irregular pulse, time of pass over, and possible reappearance as object #2. Was reluctant to report this although the subject has been of main interest for many years. This is the first sighting that in my mind I would consider un-deniable in my eyes. Given the mass amounts of sightings over the past few weeks on the West Coast I decided to report it.
