I was out walking the dog with my wife. Being a bit of a Ufologist I always look at the stars when I can... There was a decent amount of clouds in the area at the time, so I wasn't expecting to see anything. I looked straight up and noticed a strobe/pulsating white light. First impressions were that it was a plane, since the pulsating lights were similar to the strobe of a plane, but there were no other lights-other than the strobe. It was clearly below the cloud line. I drew attention to it for my wife to see it. My wife definitely saw it and noticed it wasn't producing any other lights than the white one. As we both were watching it blinked out. That's when we both were positive it never hit the cloud line, it just vanished. I stuck around for a couple more minutes to see if it might possibly break through the clouds and was merely our eyes playing tricks on us. -Nothing ever returned or appeared again. Our dog never reacted, but even if he had, we may not have noticed since we were trying to figure out what we were watching.
