Around 10pm I was outside walking my dogs. I looked over toward my neighbor's house and noticed a red ball,at first thought it was an airplane, but noticed it didn't have any white lights, it was just red. It appeared to be doing the same movements as a bee would ,dipping down and up Slowly. It was about 15 to 20 ft above the tree tops probably about 1/2 mile away. At one point it stopped moving for a few seconds then carried on its steady path toward the direction of US64. I ran inside to have my husband come look but it was just moving out of our sight behind trees. My husband said maybe it was a helicopter. But I didn't hear a helicopter at all.
