1. I was taking a walk around 7:30 at night 2. I noticed the object because it looked like an aircraft, but appeared to be glowing and covered in light. 3. An aircraft 4.Hovered and ascended at a very slight angle. Moved very slightly side to side. Similar to a falling leaf, but in the positive y direction. 5.Intrigued at first. I spent the rest of the time just watching and it trying to decide what it was because it was clearly not an aircraft. It then disappeared and I was shocked and confused. 6. It went out like a flame that's been snuffed and disappeared.
