It was just after 0600 in the morning. i work outside as a lineman and stepped out of the truck to stretch and always look up at the stars. i noticed this object moving right below venus. At arms length i would say it was about an inch below venus and moving towards the horizon. After about 10 seconds it disappeared. i thought it was a plane, but then it disappeared. No blinking lights, no green no red....nothing. I asked my coworker if he saw it, but he didnt.
