Sighting Details

After a few of my friends and I played a gig at a nearby bar in Cocoa Beach, five of us including me walked to the beach. At first we were all talking and goofing around until we all laid down and began gazing the night sky. All of a sudden from the beach side three ships that could only be described as ships of light or fire flew above us in a V shape like ducks. The ships then seem to dance through each other in a braid-like formation as birds flying in the sky. They re-formed their V and instead of disappearing in the distance the ships simply vanished. After a short pause we all screamed, "WTF was that?!?!?" We wondered that since we were only about an hour form Cape Canaveral that NASA was experimenting with lights or so but there was no reflective light under or over the ships therefore these could not have been projected. But they moved so fast that there's no way they were of our technology. (that we know of) We also played with the idea of the myth of the Phoenix, that we witnessed these birds playing above us. I can only depict what these ships looked like in my drawings. What's funny is when i showed them to my friends that were with me that night some of them remember seeing them a bit different. Still, we all admit that we saw something that night that we'll most likely never witness again.
