Driving eastbound on Highway 285 at 8,500 elevation in the Colorado Rockies, the sky was very blue and clear, towards the east (Denver) I saw 4-5 light blue highway-like roads in the sky, that seemed to stretch out to infinity, 2 of the roads crossed and made a huge X, the other lanes were beside them. These roads were almost the same color of the sky -only 1 or 2 shades LIGHTER than the surounding blue sky, the roads were stationary in the sky for about 40 seconds, while driivng I stared at the roads and then they began one by one to uniformly dissolve and the roads faded uniformly ino the sky-color. The temperature outside was between 35*-45*.
I saw these similar roads like these before (Fall '12 same temp.) over the rockies but of course really didn't give them much thought, until I saw a history channel(?) show about water port hole tunnels (?) off the west coast of Cuba, these were identical, that crossed and were road-like, only these were in the SKY ! Thank You.
