Returning from checking a possible water well pump leak and looked east towards the woods on my property. Hovering above the treeline was a series of 3 gold/copper-colored lights which appeared to move very slowly toward, then away from observer (several times). When viewed through 7x35 binoculars, dimmer lights could be observed (too numerous to count), which appeared to be "doughnut-shaped" and behind the brighter lights in a vertical orientation (relative to the brighter lights). Observer attempted to gain video and still photos of the lights. Observer contacted Youngstown-Warren regional airport tower and was informed that there were no aircraft in the area. Object(s) continued to slowly move left/right, up/down, toward/away from observer below scattered clouds for approximately 45 minutes, then slowly ascended above cloud cover and was lost to sight.
