Witness was standing at a bus stop in East Kennewick at the noted time and date. Abruptly, the power switched off for several city blocks in all direction. When he looked up, the witness sighted what appeared to be a huge, noiseless, oval shaped object, far larger than the Sun, dark orange in the center, coloring getting lighter toward the (fuzzy) edges. The object proceeded in a NW direction, toward the Nuclear Waste Depot at Hanford,WA, then abruptly disappeared. Upon the object's disappearance,power was restored in the area, but slowly.
