It was about 10: 30 p.m. when, in the southeast, I saw a pulsating pale blue light in the sky, moving to the southeast, about 20 degrees above the horizon when it was at its highest angle, that was pulsating from on to off in a sine wave pattern of about 3 to 6 seconds following the type of path that a non-turning plane would take. It seemed to take about as long to travel its path as a normal commercial plane or propeller plane would. The light then became too dim to see anymore when it traveled to about 10 degrees above the horizon in the southeast.
