I was driving eastbound on the overpass of I5 at exit 14 Ridgefield, WA exit. After driving from the off ramp onto the overpass which goes over I5 I headed eastbound into Ridgefield, wa, I looked to my right out my passenger window where I could see I5 lead to the base of a small mountain range which appears to be Woodland Hills perhaps. At the height of the hills/mountains that lie directly above I5 or at least from my view there is an indented area that's kind of like the cleavage of the hills, I saw a very large lighted flickering blob like mass atop the hills. It was not hovering but looked as if it was attached. This white mass had to have been 10-15 mi across. There were no clouds in the sky and it was broad daylight. The object was so bright and the contrast so great from its surrounding area that it should have been night but it was in the middle of the afternoon. There is nothing that I know of in that area either, it was too large to be a satellite on the ground and there is no lake in that area, plus as I moved its light stayed solid and incredibly bright yet did not give off light rays. It was the shape of a lake or something but bright white flickering light. I have no idea what it was.
