Was leaving a relatives house at 5 PM located at top of a mountain\hill at dusk which offers an excellent vantage point to see all the horizons and hills in the distance. I put my bags and my dog in the car, looked East as I noticed a full moon was coming up over the horizon. At which point, I noticed 3 bright lights hovering stationary just to the right and slightly above the horizon. They were brighter than the moon and easily visible, as it was dusk and not completely dark yet. They just stayed there for about a minute, then one by one they vanished. The formation and pattern they were in, looked exactly like the Phoenix UFO light caught on video a few years back, but brighter. Appeared to be 3 separate objects. The one closest to the horizon vanished first, followed by the next one above it, and lastly the one above that one. Each one vanished a couple seconds after prior one. At first I thought they were flares, but there were no planes, and the objects were not falling, just stationary. Then I thought maybe meteors, however I am very familiar with what meteors look like when coming through atmosphere, but these had no trail and were extremely bright. Tried to get them on video if they came back, but they did not.
