Object Flight Path
I was driving home from work on the Warren Outer Belt Rt 82, on the southbound section just after passing under the North River Rd overpass. To my East(left) I noticed some large glowing blue lights in the shape of a boomerang over the treeline that looked like they were on the clouds, I thought it looked strange and slowed down to get a better view and kept looking to see if I could see a direction the light was coming from. The lights were moving slowly West over the highway when I noticed the large shape in the clouds leaving a wake like a boat, the clouds rolling underneath of it, the object took up a very large portion of the sky. watched it move off to the West beyond the treeline out of sight. When I saw the massive outline I knew that it was too big to be a man-made aircraft, the Youngstown Warren Regional Airport shares an airport with an Airforce Reserve Unit a few miles East of that location where a friends father worked. The base had daily flights of Hurcules C-130s that flew at relatively the same altitude practicing maneuvers and would take at least 10 of them wing to wing to span that width. I hoped someone else saw it too but didn't see any other people slow down to look. By then I was nearing my exit at East Market St and decided not to report my sighting because I didn't want to be thought of as a joke by my family and friends.
