I was at home watching TV and noticed several bright lights in the sky toward the east. I live very close to the Winnipeg International Airport and am very familiar with planes landing/departing. These were not aircraft. They were high in the northeastern sky and were hovering for quite some time. They eventually vanished without fading. They were just gone. I took some pictures but unfortunately couldn't get my tripod set up in time, so the pictures are a little blurry. They were taken outside and not through a window. I am up about 70 feet (balcony) so these shots are elevated. Attached are the original pictures. I have not edited or cropped them.
