Sighting Details

I first saw a extremely fast moving aircraft headed North east headed out over the Atlantic. Then a solid slow moving fireball with one blinking white light. Appearing from the South, right above the treeline. Located the object with high powered binocs until the object was out over boon island about 40 degrees off the horizon. It went stealth almost like it burnt out like a shooting star. It then began to appear rabidly skipping positions at the blink of an eye all within a 500 hundred foot area. My impressions where that the aircraft was either scattering its position in order to make it difficult for a solid bearing on its location or communication using code patterning. The object then began to move from position a to position b using advanced magnetism. Steep angle of attacks and 0 to hi velocity speed variants. Object then appeared in the NE treeline by the Cuddy Sark on long sands. You could see a more red and green lights moving in a rotating like fashion. Shortly after the sighting a three light triangle pattern aircraft enter the space with a more predictable flight pattern. My dogs behavior during this time became restless and the we had a lit candle in the room that was flickering extremely strongly and loud.
